nano vapor?
im deciding what protein i should get its eather nano vapor or nitro tech! which one do u think i should get? also which one do u think is better?

both of them taste good to me.... the nano vapor grape is good with water and the nitro tech vanilla is good to.... so which one would be better to build muscle/strength?

Nano vapor is garbage. If your trying to get a pre workout formula go with Jack3d or N.O explode.

With Nano Vapor I found I crashed midway through a heavy workout, I got better pump of Amped NOS

vapor is very pricey with great promises but little follow through i was wasting so much money on the stuff before i found BSN NO Xplode and vapor did nothing for me infact i was lifting same weight i did off vapor as on it but on vapor i didnt last aslong it cramped my muscles. for me BSN NO Xplode is the best ive found for a low price , but im givin creapure creatine a go now and time shal tell lol, protien wise just stick with whey protien it does the job and affordable[/u]
