start with the basics? simple work outs , bicep curls, press ups, tricep dips you know nothing complex or to strenious, do it in a mirror or get some1 to watch you so you can tell if your technique is slipping. in my experience tone up well 1st gain large muscles later over a long period of time to save injuries

If you've just started try a beginners routine, This will get you started. Try it for 8 weeks then try doing something else. Keep the weights light to concentrate on your form then gradually move up in weights.

that the problem everyone in the gym is very judgemental to what everone else is doing and not their on own work out . then my brother inlaw ego so hugh and taking so many supplements tring to lift so much weight that his tecnique is **** and keeps flapping to me about tecnique. the routine i pick my body is handling quite well i surprised i'm as strong as i am 6'3" 252 little bit extra fat so hoping to get ride of some fat and add muscle

Just ignore them and concentrate on yourself. Watch the videos on this site to check your doing the exercises correctly. Dont go to heavy to quick, I sacrificed form for weight and wish i never had as now doing things with correct form my weight is way down.I now just put my headphones in get on with what im doing.
