Hi
I am a litte bit confused on when is the best time to do cardio to maximise fat loss. Some websites says first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and some say that later in the day when you are refueld. Does anyone have a difinitive answer? Also is Low Intensity or High Intensity cardio best when trying to bulk but keep a healthy cardio vascular system? (I will only be doing 2 cardio sessions a week) Regards, Cantona |

To maximize fat loss and conserve muscle, first thing in the AM for at least 45 minutes is optimal, but I would recommend finding a third day to get in. Twice per week isn't enough to see a huge difference. -EK
