Default Pain advice.

Hi, I was wondering if you could give me some advice here, cause Im kinda new. months ago crappy advice, dumb intoition from me(too much weight), I did some negative bicep curls and now whenever I do any curls I get a strong pain, moreso when I drop the weight, Ive narrowed it down to the flex carpi ulnaris (one doc said, It was sprained, the other said I strtched a tendon. Ive went to three friggin doctors, and the best advice they could give me, was get a compression strap and take some naproxen (pills that dont work). The last being an actual sports doctor. In your experience do these pains actually go away? Ive even taken 2 months off, but that did nothing. I have very little faith in these Canadian doctors, and I cant get straight advice from anyone, I dunno if Im messing up goin through the pain.
thanks- any advice is good.

Perhaps seek hospital advice? not like A and E but to see a specialist doctor ( long ass waiting list) and maybe get some physio. Ive never experienced an injury from working out my self as of yet but thats all i can suggest really and until you have found out EXACTLY what it is for SURE i would strongly reccomened not working it atal as you will only mess it up more.
