If I am going to bulk up, do I need Cardio training at all? I don't want to gain any body fat but gain muscle and weight. and if I do need cardio, how long should the cardio be?

Welcome to the forum mate.
You do not "have" to perform cardio. When bulking, it is very important to compensate for the calories expended through exercise, and performing cardio will make you do this. You do need to realise that you will always gain fat while trying to bulk up. The degree of the fat gained can be determined by how good your diet is, and by keeping a close eye on important factors such as calories, and protein, carb and fat ratios from those calories. The cardio duration is completely up to you if you want to perform it. I would personally keep cardio under 30-45minutes so that you will not burn up too many calories. Post up any further Q's you have.

If performing cardio when bulking you need to add the calories expended in the cardio to your calorific requirements. Careful monitoring of total body fat and fat free mass means that you can make changes to the diet to suit results. If you dont have access to calipers you can monitor total body fat and fat free mass by submitting the measurements required in this Want to know your body fat % thread
