I am 54, weigh 240 and 5' 10'. I have been in construction all my life but due to injury to my knee and shoulder have been inactive for the past year and need to loose 40 lbs. I have a couple of buddies I can work out with every day and need a workout. As far as diet I have to keep it as simple as possible to stay on track. I would prefer a plan that requires only 1 prepared meal a day with the balance of meals consisting of shakes or supplements. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the welcome. I chose a workout and went to the gym today for the first time in probably 15 years.
I don't think I pushed myself too hard, but by the time I got to upper body I got the shakes and had to cut it short. Any ideas? |
