Default Am I doing this right?

I am only two weeks in but I am trying to cut, a guy at work told me to do just cardio when I go to the gym, I do bench press and leg presses then I do cardio for 30 min. he tells me not even to lift weights, just focus on cardio. I follow the BMI calculator on M&S my diet is good. Any advice is apreciated.

6'3 320LBS 29 years old


Supplements- Novedex XT, Superpump 250, MGN Whey isolate, Casein before bed
