Default How to harness energy??

I have really started to make significant strides and want to do something daily. Hit a couple goals much faster than expected and have some high energy. What are good ways to make it productive?

Wait. What are even trying to do. What are your goals. What you said above, is unclear.

I apologize for not be very clear. What I am trying to convey is I just reached some goals with pull-ups and dips alot faster than anticipated. It has given me a lot of confidence and energy that makes me want to do something everyday. Realizing that I could over-train I don't want to do anything on my off days. But I have the energy and the determination to do something. How do you get through the anticiapation of getting to the next workout. I have been working hard for about 10 weeks and the results thus far are making it seem like it is paying off. I guess I'm struggling with patience.

yes you are. if you really want to do something on off days, you could always do some sports/cardio eg football, swimming etc. remember to eat more calories to compensate for them though.
