resistance bands
im planning to incorporate resistance bands into my bench press routine. After searching online for some time ive been unsuccessful in finding some cheap bands. I dont have allot of money to spend on bands so if anyone knows where i can get some cheap bands it would be greatly appreciated.

I saw a guy online who had some sort of band based total body workout station type thing. Would love to know were he got it.
