Default Need help on my diet

ive been workin out alot but then i had surgery havent worked out in ages im tryin to get in shape im around 5'8 tall and weigh 155-163lb and most of the fat is my buttocks and the supps im takin atm are and Lipotropic Protein and Animal Pak for multivit and i sometimes add dextrose to my protien shake. i am wonderin on how my diet should be and give some pointers and tips and how to get rid of the annoying fat in buttocks

Just keep at Training and you will be fine. Check the Nutrition page for more help.

Your diet should be in a deficit of calories ( around -500 below the BMR ), since you obviously want fatloss.
Remember the body loses fat as a whole, and it does not spot reduce from certain parts ( buttocks ).

ok i still havent got my diet down but heres my workout routine

Mon: Chest,triceps

Wed:Back,Shoulders,Biceps

Fri: Legs

and lit cardio everyday in the morning and also how many protein carbs and fats should i have in each meal

U should do more reps on the squat like 20reps with lighter weight for toning not strength.

If you just started proper diet will help more you will just waste your money on supplements. Drink some coffee black that should help
