Hi all been busy for the past couple of days so not been able to log on. I ve decided not to bother with steroids so many people telling me not to bother cant be wrong.
Im gonna start eating more and training harder which should do the trick I think. cheers all thanks V much for the advice.

BTW, the knob in that picture - Gregg Valentino - has/had his own supplement line. Talk about being a loser. He pumps his arms full of oil, and then tries to sell snake oil.
