Hello there guys

i need advice, i got big belly, not that big but still unpleasant to see,

so what i want is to remove my fat belly and at the same time build body...

so please can someone tell me if what im planning to do will help or not,..



first : all day im taking less food intake,,,

second : will do small work outs for biceps/triceps

third : will do cardio for 30 mins to 1 hr

fourth : will do work out (depends on programs- chest, shoulder or back)..


so what you guys think???

first: make sure you only cut 500 calories from what your body needs to maintain your weight. Cutting too much may cause some adverse effect that affects your daily life (job, study, etc.). Count how much calories you need daily here: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/too...alculator.html then reduce 500 from that.

second: incorporate this into your overall routine in "fourth"

third: good

fourth: make sure you start light first with beginner's workout before you go heavy. That way, you won't give up in the beginning because you feel your body is hurting from the workout. You can find the beginner's workout here: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/beginner.html . Choose one that works for you in terms of schedule and equipments.

you cant build muscle and lose fat at the same time so lose first then build

so basically., i need to continue on diet and cardio activities for a month or two (maybe three)

then after im happy with the reduction result then i should start building body...
