The general rule for naturals is 2-4 training days per week, and no more then one hour at the weights per session. If that isn't working for you, force yourself to 1-2 minutes between sets.
I can do 20 sets in 45 minutes, beat myself into oblivion, and have to crawl out of the gym. In general, I work out only 180 minutes a week and do around 80 sets. |

Then would it be a bad idea to do a two on, one off, three on, one off, if I'm working a different body part each day?
