put some chocolate syrup in your post work out shake. you may be crashing due to low blood sugar. try eatting a slightly bigger meal before you work out that includes more carbs and protein. and then after your work out have your shake with chocolate milk and then make sure youeat a big meal no more then 1.5 hours after your finished work out. your probably eatting to little when you REALLY need to eat.
