I'm overseas in japan military memeber so sometime i work alot of strange hours. I'm currently looking for a work out where i can spend about an hour and a half in the gym around 5 or 6 days a week. Its so i can get into better shape and build myself up to play college football in 2 years when im out. Any help and advise on the matter is greatly apperciated. Thank you all.
