Question About body fat and muscle

Hi,

I am new to fitness workout and am trying to build muscle... I am however have this question in my mind:

I am curious why some people can have 5-6% of body fat but there aren't any muscle showing up, while others can have such big muscles but with 8-12% of body fat?...

I am sure genetics might play apart here but would like to know if there are other reasons behind it..

I don't get what you are asking. People that don't workout for muscle mass, but for the lean skinny look, have 5-6% with little muscle. These people can also be 'hardgainers' also known as ectomorphs.
When you bulk, for muscle, you gain bodyfat along side it, it is a must as you eat above your BMR.
Does this answer your question?

As stated you can have 5-6% body and be jacked or you can be lean and thin with no muscle. A combination of bulking and cutting will lead to ppl with large muscles and low body fat
