What about this: You have a cold and you're not feeling great but you think you could go to the gym and do your stuff. Should you go to the gym then? By cold I mean runny nose, tired, not feeling great, possible very very low fever,etc...

Dont train, its not fair on everyone else using the gym. They dont want your germs :P

I have a head cold, a minor one.

I have all the equipment in my own house (no germ spreading).

Should I work out?

I'm just stuffy, and slight headache.

I feel bad cause I missed yesterday, and a couple days last week. I don't want to break my schedule too much.
