well i went to the doctor... turns out 70% of causes of rashes are unknown. he gave me cream for my itching and some meds to take away the allergic reactions.

so I am going to stop taking bcaa and animalpak for now and see how it goes.

hagler it is not rosacea i get red spots oon my arms and it really itches

For a while I had something where my thighs would get extremely itchy during showers.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but for the past year i have been experiencing similar symptoms, i have been to the doctor and they did several tests for every possibility (thyroid, allergies, etc.) all of them came back negative. I am trying to get in shape but everytime i go to the gym, i start getting really itchy and it limits my workout. Has anyone found out any way of preventing this feeling, i have taken claritin as recommended by my doctor but it has no affect.
