would this be good.. i start 8 reps and i work my way up to 12 and when i get to 12 a add wieght and i start back at 8??? i would at a rep a weak or more??

I'd rather pyramid the sets. As you decrease the reps you increase the weight a tad bit.

ya but i cant do that with bicep curls and lots more??? i would do 3- 4 sets of 8 the next week 3-4 set of 9 and so on

I'm currently following D4DS and this is how I handle Incline Dumbbell Curls.
First Set: 10 reps at 25 pounds
Second Set: 8 reps at 25 pounds
Third Set: 6 reps at 30 pounds

I don't know what routine you are following, and now that I read your question again I'm not sure the answer I gave is answering it. Elaborate on your question if this didn't help.

is this a good idea or its not good?? first week i do 25 pound 8 time next week 25 pouds 9 time..ect do you understand?

you want to try and improve on at least one thing(weight or reps) each week so yes that would be good.

yes. you may want to pyramid some of the bigger compounds like bench squats etc, but yea that would be fine for the others
