Time to bump this thread back up, I see many newer members providing great information and helping others not getting recognition for being helpful.

Ok so this question is mainly because of the thread "reputation down the drain..." that i'm going to ask this:
Are you supposed to give rep when you think someone puts a funny post or should you only give rep when someone has helped you? Like are there any reasons that are not valid for giving rep or can you give rep for whatever reason you want?

I think if a post - motivates, helps, brings new information or supports someone's theories then that is rep worthy..

Knock knock...whose there ? doc ? doctor who ? how'd you know ?.... does not deserve rep.... my 2cents

"Rep doesn't matter to me but I give it out because I enjoy patting those on the back that do the right thing, or take time to help someone.

I thank people because it's common courtesy. I rep because it's thoughtful.

There are many things in life that don't matter to me, but as a sign of respect and courtesy, I take part in these things because I care about the people that care about these things.

My wife enjoys dancing shows, but I could care less about them. I listen to her speak about them because I care. I don't have to. I could be selfish.

I think many of my friends on M&S would say that rep doesn't matter. But they still hand it out. I believe the reason you are looking for is found in unselfishness and courtesy."

I'd like to extend a general thanks to the forum for being a very welcoming and accomodating environment. It certainly dispells alot of notions someone might have about those involved in bodybuilding. I learn something valuable everyday and look forward to continuing to learn and be motivated by those here.

Cheers.

Hello everyone!
I have serious doubts, I am a woman who participated kickboxing to 6 months I was appointed to take Animal Pak 44 to gain strength and endurance but as I had problems taking pills switched to hemo black rage already took 2 times but I did not ninhuns effects. I wonder if the hemo rage take long to take effect or is not appropriate for the type of sport I practice. I would appreciate the opinion about this problem, need some pre-workout supplement to get agoentar longer.
