Default Superpump 250

Alright so I'm about to take SP250 today and I was just curious whether it is needed to be taken on off days. I have read some reviews and people say they don't take it on off days because it lessens the effect and your body gets used to it. If anyone has used SP250 before and could help me out I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Use it exactly how it's stated on the tub. 1-3 scoops on training days, 1 scoop on off days.

Every supplement tells you to take it every day. But like was said before - your body will get used to it and it won't work anymore. I've been taking it for a couple weeks and I never took it on my off days. It's a waste because if you read what it does you can tell you only need it on workout days. They just want you to use it all up so you would buy more. Don't take it on your off days - from an actual user of SP250. Good luck!

From someone who has cycled SuperPump 250, just because it doesn't "MAKE YOU CRAZYYYY" after a week of using it doesn't mean it doesn't give you an awesome pump. Also, I had better results using it everyday than when I used NO-Xplode only on workout days.

Just what exactly does it do to benefit you on your off days? I just don't see the need.

To maintain elevated nitric oxide levels and increased vascularity. Skipping days is just like starting from scratch again.

Id also like to emphasize the point made by Travis that it is not supposed to make you "high".. just like when people take fat burners with caffien, they figure its not working if they dont feel it..

THANK YOU GOD JEEBUS! SOMEBODY agrees with me. Rep + Nitrogen monoxide increases the amount of oxygenated blood. Therefore causing more nutrients to go to your cells.

i would suggest taking an N.O supp that doesnt contain the caffeine for the off days. so your body doesnt get addicted to the high levels of caffeine.

then you maintain the nitric oxide levels in your body, but only have the added caffeine for your workout.
