Alright so I'm about to take SP250 today and I was just curious whether it is needed to be taken on off days. I have read some reviews and people say they don't take it on off days because it lessens the effect and your body gets used to it. If anyone has used SP250 before and could help me out I would appreciate it.
Thanks

Every supplement tells you to take it every day. But like was said before - your body will get used to it and it won't work anymore. I've been taking it for a couple weeks and I never took it on my off days. It's a waste because if you read what it does you can tell you only need it on workout days. They just want you to use it all up so you would buy more. Don't take it on your off days - from an actual user of SP250. Good luck!

Just what exactly does it do to benefit you on your off days? I just don't see the need.

Id also like to emphasize the point made by Travis that it is not supposed to make you "high".. just like when people take fat burners with caffien, they figure its not working if they dont feel it..

THANK YOU GOD JEEBUS! SOMEBODY agrees with me. Rep + Nitrogen monoxide increases the amount of oxygenated blood. Therefore causing more nutrients to go to your cells.

then you maintain the nitric oxide levels in your body, but only have the added caffeine for your workout. |
