Cool Down Exercises
Hello all..
Just a quick query..how important are the cool down (stretching) exercises, after one finishes his workout routine ? I normally don't bother with them once I'm done with my given set of workout. Is is ok to skip it and how big of a deal they are when it comes to recovery? Feedback will be appreciated.
