Need Diet Help
I am going to start bulking again on Monday and here is the diet I have planned
Breakfast- 4 eggs and shredded wheat
Mid Morning- Tuna Sandwich with peanuts or almonds
Lunch- Steak with Bananas
Mid Afternoon-Another Tuna Sandwich with peanuts or Almonds
Dinner- Two chicken Breast
Im not sure what Im going to do post workout. If I was using supplements for my post workout what should I use? and how much? What could I add in for a little more variety for my meals?
