I'm not sure trampoline jumping with a broken arm is such a good idea. even though the trampoline should absorb much of the impact, there is still an instability factor that may cause your body to "Self Adjust" which may affect the hurt arm. Be careful!

Any recumbent exercise bikes in the house?
