I dont want to sound as if I am not willing to try or anything but fast walking here just isn't an option - one cannot walk in the streets or parks here, its too dangerous, unless one walks at the gym - that trampoline thing looked fun and it can fit in my study (just just) - does it burn calories or just a little? How long must one do the jumping thing?
