Same old same old
Ok, the reason why I joined M & S was, contrary to popular opinion, not to keep an eye on Saurus, but because I am still wanting to loose weight. Since changing jobs almost 5 years ago (I used to have an active job whereas now I have a sedentary job (really sedentary - the bathroom is 7 steps away and thats it)) the weight is creeping steadily on. Last year I started Dougs diet and decided I needed more exercise - so I started kickboxing - great so I tore my Calf muscle badly and promptly got DVT, that took me about a year to recover from not to mention 2 months with my leg up. Just what a sedentary person needs! Ok so I should have watched my diet but I didn't etc etc... So now I want to start again only now I have a broken arm .. what did I say about accident prone... Anyway I worked out on the calorie calculator that I should eat about 1780 calories - then I read somewhere if I cut out 700 calories I will loose 1 kg in 10 days - but then somewhere else it said not to go below 1200 calories. So how many should a really sedentary person eat?
Any ideas for a workout - I haven't got time to get to a gym - at home with broken arm?
