I have used my Bowflex for about 8 months.
1.No weight gain.
2.I started eating more today.

3.Will I start to gain muscle only working 2 days a week?Why only 2?(just wondering)
3.I used to kick but it didn't seem to do any good.There is one leg exercise I can do on my Bowflex.I can move my legs,but not my feet.
