Not much muscle gain until you check where you are with calories...
Have you gained any weight in the last couple weeks?
At your stage I would say the minimum you should ingest is about 1700 calories.
Track what you are taking in for 3 days and see what the average is.
No more 3 workouts a week - go to 2.
Have you investigated any form of aerobic activity to do in the chair?
Can you do leg lifts as far as kicking legs out in front of you?
Can you do any toe raises on the foot platform of your chair?
