This is not enough mate. You need to have 500 calories more per day than your BMR (basal metabolic rate) or you will NOT build any muscle. I don't think this diet comes even close to your daily caloric needs just to maintain. Use the BMR calculator here...

To find out how many calories you are currently consuming use
www.fitday.com and from the information it gives you also look at your Protein/Carbohydrate/Fat ratio. You need to be at a P/C/F ratio of 30/50/20 respectively.
