Right by football im guessing u mean american football not soccer?
just because people are stronger than you doesnt mean u should go out n bash the weights as much as u can to be as strong as them sort you diet out so its clean and ur eating enough for you body to put on around 1lbs a week sour bulking which ther are tons of threads on just look for them in the diet and nutrition section secondly do NOT go lifting heavy weights till ur arms fall off at your age your body is still developing so u will gain most benifits from your diet just start a full body begginers routine 2 - 3 times a week tops dont push your body at too early an age or u will regret it gd luck with the training mate
