can you help me with a new workout please to get in shape for Hill walking and climbing .
3 or 4 days aweek full or spilt ??
just want to get lean and mean and get in shape and get my fitness back an loose my belly fat
not able to to squat or do deadlifts at the moment due to lower back pain
any ideas please
