I get some gas with mine when I get over 60 grams - don't mix with ice cream, kinda defeats the purpose of eating right and getting the protein.
Milk is okay.
Try a little fruit if you like and try a couple different flavors just to see what suits your taste buds best.
I know some people that swear by Vanilla - bit I could never stomache it.
If you use a blender, you can make a larger batch and split it up to take over a few days.
