Towel Pull-Ups
If you haven't heard of these; listen. If you haven't done these; do them. They are a great exercise for grip work and forearms. Also, upper back and shoulders. Here's how you do them:
Towel Pull-Ups
Place two towels over a pull-up bar. Grab the ends of the towels and bang out some pull-ups. You will be shocked at how much harder it is compared to standard pull-ups.
