hey all, im new to this site.

I have been working out on and off for about 4 years now .. started in 4rth year at high school, but things like drink and drugs, totally took over and i became a lazy c*nt who didnt give a sh*t. Im now off all that . Have a social drink now and again with the girfriend but nothing else

which has left me in a bit of a dilema, i used to take various forms of 17aa-1-testosterone, stopped working out half through finishing my last bottle of the stuff and didnt bother to buy any anti estrogens so basically all my muslce dissapeard and alot of fat produced.

since then i have managed to loose weight. went from 82 kg down to 65 and have started putting on muscle again, i now way 70 kg but still have fat that wont seem to budge so i did a little research and im going to be taking :

AST CLA 1000 + 6-OXO

AST CLA 1000 is a very interesting product. its a natural nutrient found in foods such as milk and cheese and can produce weight loss , muslce mass and protien synthesis.

it was tested on animals and found that animals taking it naturally dropped fat levels and gained muscle levels even though there was no change in diet or excersize

6-oxo is an anti-estrogen which like any other , trys to block estrogen building up while at the same time making the most of your current testostrione levels and in some cases raizing them.

6-oxo is designed to drop fat, reduce man boobs, love handles, get rid of soft looking muslce and turn it into hard muslce, increase sex drive, i must hence the fact that this product if used long enough can cut out estrogen in the body all together and is irreversable

Anyway enough tech talk . i should be receiving these in afew days. im going to be documenting the results as i can never find good reviews and results on estrogen blockers so i think this will be a good experiment. i will be combining these 2 products with various protien products and creatine towards the end plus 3 meals a day. I will be keeping note of weight, workouts done , and food intake for each day and take photo every week. Once this report is complete i will post it on this website for anyone to read or ask questions
