I totally agree there... I go to people who I haven't seen from time to time just to ask how their progress is going. And they really stick to the programs, especially ladies. So I just make new appointments with them to progress... but usually it comes from my side.
The men, that's the funny part, they either do it 2 weeks and ask questions to other members and try new exercises... Sometimes I see one of my clients doing an exercise I didn't ask them to do... What I do is tell them if they want to change an exercise or more, that they come ask me anytime they want... Like this I'm sure that they can do the exercise alone.
