Yes Damien I've been working the abs more than I used to - but only twice a week and only two exercises each workout for 3 sets each.
So far I've accomplished this with no cardio - so I think that's my next step to get more of the mid section in order.
And we all know that the real place to start the abs is in the kitchen.
I'll post updates once I get started on that cardio.
