Sorry for the delayed response....just got back from a series of business trips.
For my back I do the Tuesday portion of Doug's 4 day split building routine.
Wide arm pull-ups, then Close Hand Pull-downs, then One Arm Back Row, then finally the Standing Barbell Back Row.
I really have no pain in my back muscles, but its definitely in my lower spine. Since I have stopped the building workout, the pain has been gradually getting better (very slowly though).
Any thoughts? I would like to return to the building workout, but until then I am doing my normal maintenance workout (full body using only my own body wieght with light cardio).
By the way it just occured to me that I never posted my stats:
