I just experienced a pain similar to the one he is describing earlier. I was working out curling with more weight then usual (I'd been doing my current wight fine for some time so I decided to bump up each dumbell 5 pounds) and now I have a pain in my left forearm arm that spikes every time I put force on my arm and try to do something. To give you an idea of where the pain is, when my left arm is outstretched palm down, the area the pain occurs in is about half way between my wrist and elbow on the bottom left part of my arm (side opposite the thumb). I think I may have damaged the tendons or something.
