hmmm havent seen a new tip of the day for a while.....
so decided to bump it up again, nothin special mind
i see many people very new to training asking what supplements they should be taking (creatine, no x, nano vapor ect), firstly get some experience under your belt, and until then the only supplement you will need is protien if your diet is not giving you enough.
(sorry if thats been said on this already, just decided to add summat rather 'obvious' to it - also bored
