Well, what about milk enriched with vitamins A and D? Here in Sweden the "governmental" recommendation for sources of calcium is mainly enriched milk along with various types of cheese. Although there is more and more evidence that "governmental" recommendations in general are based on very out-dated research results, I have a hard time believing a government that lies to its citizens like this...
