I don't get what you are asking. People that don't workout for muscle mass, but for the lean skinny look, have 5-6% with little muscle. These people can also be 'hardgainers' also known as ectomorphs.
When you bulk, for muscle, you gain bodyfat along side it, it is a must as you eat above your BMR.
