IMO you should drop the white flood and get your training and diet together. If you were having trouble getting through your workout, it tells me that you were either lacking in your pre workout nutrition or because of the fact that you workout 6 days a week, your body is lacking proper recovery time.
I don't know about you guys, normally once I start my workout, i find myself with more energy, not less.
