Hi
i have fat in the Glutes area if i do the exercises of the Glutes , does the fat in that area become muscle ?
and i have another question , i am a man so i must not have fat in the Glutes area .. that is chicks property !! so why this hapens to me :-( although i am not a fat man i am 60 kg 175 cm
