Hey man,
Log looks good, just glanced over it quickly but I saw some nice improvements.
Do you not have a flat bench where you can do bench press though, it is a great compound exercise that should be a staple in every workout.
EDIT - This has encouraged me to do my own log, seems like a great way to track your results and stay motivated.
