Hi welcome to the forum.
Training the fast twitch muscle fibres involves heavier weights and less reps than training the slow twitch fibres involves higher reps and lower weights
For building muscle, train the fast twitch fibres involving rep ranges between 6-12 reps (normally 8-10 reps)
