CHEST & BICEPS (9/10)
Had a GREAT workout today. felt the good burn, had a good pump, and moved up in weight on most. feeling exhausted, really gave my all today and felt the endurance boost spectacularly (if that adjective fits there).

incline dbell press: 12repsx40lbs, 10x45, 8x50, 6x55
flat dbell press: 12x45, 10x50, 8x50, 7x55
incline dbell fly: 12x22.5, 10x22.5, 8x25, 6x25
cable crossovers: 12x85, 10x85, 8x90, 6x95
incline dbell curl: 12x25, 8x25, 6x25
ezcurl bar: 10x50, 8x60, 6x70
standing hammer curl: 10x25, 8x25, 6x25
