CHEST & BICEPS
my favorite day

3 pills ixl (intraxcell) morning, 1.5 scoops intrabolic during, 3 pills ixl evening with dinner

incline dbell press: 12repsx35lbs, 10x40, 8x45, 6x45
flat dbell press: 12x40, 10x45, 8x45, 7x50
incline dbell fly: 12x20, 10x25, 8x25, 6x25
Pec-Dec (subbed for cable crossovers): 12x85, 10x100, 8x115, 6x130
incline dbell curl: 12x20, 8x22.5, 6x22.5
ezcurl bar: 10x50, 8x60, 6x70
standing hammer curl: 10x25, 8x25, 6x25

progressed slightly in a few lifts, but had to use lighter weights on a few as well compared to last workout because i was rushed to get out to a meeting. will up the weight to strongman levels next week!

noticed the endurance boost today- it happens right as the lifts feel insanely heavy at the end of a later set for a given exercise, i feel like i might not be able to but my muscles just move through it. sweet.
