legs day.
killed me. haven't worked legs in 2 weeks, and it showed.
squat: 12x160, 10x210, 8x230, 6x250
leg press: 12x280, 10x280, 8x330, 6x360
Leg Extension: 12x90, 10x100, 8x110, 6x120
deadlift: 12x115, 10x135, 8x115, 6x115
calf raise: 12x150, 10x150, 10x150
it was exhausting today. legs quivering during the deadlifts, had to ease up the weight.
The endurance boost is crazy though, feeling strong and able to finish the lifts. increasing weight at almost every set (not necessarily today, but all other days)
definitely experiencing a delay and reduction in soreness as well
product appears to be working well, 1 week in. as second week comes around and carnosine levels are supposed to start showing effects of increased concentration, i'm excited to see how my lifts will go.
