(one of my favorite days, i can see the pump and feel it more so than i do on others)
3 pills ixl (intraxcell) morning, 1.5 scoops intrabolic during, 3 pills ixl evening with dinner
incline dbell press: 12repsx40lbs, 10x40, 8x40, 6x45
flat dbell press: 12x40, 10x45, 8x45, 7x50
incline dbell fly: 12x20, 10x25, 8x25, 6x25
cable crossover: 12x17.5, 10x22.5, 8x22.5, 6x27.5
incline dbell curl: 12x20, 8x25, 6x25
ezcurl bar: 10x50, 8x60, 6x70
standing hammer curl: 10x30, 8x25, 6x25
(weights listed on dbell exercises as per dumbbell, not total of both combined)
still feeling the prickliness, it can get annoying sometimes but isnt a big issue at all, and still feeling a boost in my last reps. definitely a plus
