Common mistakes for squatting #1 says "You can ensure your back is straight my keeping eyes facing forward, chest out, shoulder blades back, and back arched." Should say by.

#3 says "To prevent this keep the rep timing slow and controlled and sick your buttocks out as you go down." Should say stick.
